As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in both driving new business and growing existing partnerships, managing a portfolio of media agency and advertiser clients, fostering strong relationships to ensure long-term success. 

You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional service while actively identifying and closing new business opportunities, driving the adoption of Adnami’s high-impact advertising technology, video formats as well as measurement and verification solutions. Through proactive engagement and a deep understanding of client needs, you will contribute to the continued growth and success of Adnami in the Swedish market. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Grow, manage and cultivate existing accounts and leads in the Swedish market, while continuously identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. 
  • Actively drive new business by identifying, approaching and closing new partnerships in order to activate campaigns within and outside the Swedish market, across both media agencies and direct advertisers. 
  • Optimize and contribute to the scalability of account management processes for agency accounts. 
  • Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner and support them with solutions to prevent future problems. 
  • Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on delivering client-centric solutions and incorporating market feedback. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert in high-impact advertising, attention metrics, and programmatic activation, providing guidance to clients and internal teams. 
  • WHO YOU ARE 

You are a team player, curious and passionate about technology. You have a positive, solution-oriented mindset which shines through in your communication both internally and externally. You genuinely enjoy sales – from first outreach to closing deals – and are motivated by creating new business opportunities as well as growing existing relationships. 

You have digital and sales experience, probably from a publisher, media agency, AdTech company or tech vendor from which you have generated a wide network. You feel comfortable engaging both media agencies and directly with advertisers, and ideally already have an established network among brand-side stakeholders. 

  • Besides this, we also expect that you: 
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the digital media industry 
  • A great understanding of the programmatic digital advertising ecosystem 
  • Excellent communicator (both written and verbally), with negotiation and presentation skills 
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently 
  • Great skills in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides 
  • Motivated by working a dynamic and fast moving environment 
  • A strong media network in Sweden 
  • Reside in Stockholm 
  • Experience working directly with advertisers/brands is highly valued 
  • Sales experience from another tech vendor, publisher or media agency is a big plus
