We are growing fast (well, really fast), and now we are looking for an IT & Security Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark - An ambitious and curious person who is ready to make a difference in the AdTech industry. Is that you?

About the role We are looking for an IT & Security Manager to take ownership of our IT security, governance, and day-to-day IT operations across our locations. This is a hands-on role where you will both set direction and help execute it.

You will be our go-to person for everything from rolling out the Microsoft platform and Intune-based device management to supporting our organisation and ensuring we meet relevant compliance requirements. You will report to the CTO and work closely with leadership to mature our IT function.

Key responsibilities IT security and governance

  • Develop and embed IT security policies, access policies, and guidelines across the  organisation
  • Implement and maintain identity and access management via Microsoft Entra ID – including - -- Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO
  • Monitor and handle security incidents and breaches
  • Drive employee training and awareness around IT security and phishing
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulatory requirements
  • Maintain risk assessments and IT security documentation

Device management and the Microsoft platform

  • Roll out and manage Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) across all devices and locations
  • Manage the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and the Office suite,  including licence management
  • Ensure correct configuration of devices, policies, and compliance profiles in Intune
  • Administer Azure-based infrastructure in close collaboration with the CTO
  • Maintain an IT asset register covering hardware and software licences

IT support and operations

  • Provide first- and second-line IT support for approximately 70 employees
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding of employees across all locations
  • Ensure stable operation of networks, systems, and end-user equipment
  • Coordinate external IT vendors and service agreements
  • Document solutions, processes, and IT guides for the organisation

IT governance and compliance

  • Establish IT governance structures that create visibility and control
  • Ensure IT policies are followed and kept up to date
  • Contribute to audit preparation and external compliance reporting as needed

What we expect from you

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, security, and the Microsoft platform
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune – deployment, policies, and device compliance
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Entra ID – Conditional Access, groups, SSO, and MFA In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including licence management and configuration
  • Understanding of IT security and compliance, including GDPR-relevant requirements
  • Self-driven and comfortable with a broad scope of responsibility in a mid-size organisation
  • Clear communicator in English, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Service-minded and effective at helping colleagues with everyday IT challenges

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, e.g. ISO 27001 or similar
  • Microsoft certifications (MS-500, AZ-900, SC-900) or equivalent in IT security
  • Experience from an organisation operating across multiple geographic locations
