ABOUT THE ROLE You will be supporting our clients by servicing, activating, optimizing and trouble-shooting their digital advertising campaign. You’ll also be working closely with sales and product development teams, to make sure we’re delivering the best possible solution to our clients; and shaping the display advertising landscape of tomorrow.
We believe this role to be a great first step into the digital advertising industry where your amazing and talented colleagues will teach you everything they know about the field.
They will turn you into a digital specialist that knows everything worth knowing in the programmatic display advertising landscape like DSPs/SSPs, header-bidding, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, optimise and troubleshoot campaigns running in the Adnami platform, ensuring performance according to key performance indicators.
- Manage, monitor and optimise sites using the Adnami technology to run display banners, ensuring performance according to key performance indicators.
- Support clients by handling incoming requests from our advertisers and agencies.
- Set our clients up for success by educating them on how to use the Adnami platform, campaign set-up- and activation, campaign evaluation, technology, formats, etc. including campaign reporting and producing relevant material for Adnami Help Center.
- Working close with Sales on certain markets and clients, with proactively identify growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
ABOUT YOU You’re probably a fresh graduate, brimming with enthusiasm and ready to dive into the world of digital advertising! You've already dipped your toes in the industry with an internship at an advertising agency, media house, or something similar, and you have a solid grasp of the basics of digital advertising.
You’re a team player who’s curious and passionate, always eager to learn and grow. Your solution-oriented mindset shines through in your communication, making you a valuable asset to any team. Most importantly, you’re ready to take your skills in digital marketing technologies to the next level and help our clients excel using Adnamis products.
- You are digitally savvy and have an attention to detail
- You have internship experience at a media agency, media house, or advertising bureau, with a basic understanding of digital advertising.
- You are curious and keen to learn more about the digital advertising industry
- You are proactive and enjoy finding solutions to complex problems
- You have proven communication and presentation skills
- You are fluent in English
Additional requirements, but not a must:
- Have worked with customer service/success before
- Familiar with HubSpot
- Familiar with PowerBi
- Programmatic Buying Platforms
- Project management skills
- Additional language skills is a plus
