We are Adnami, a Danish AdTech scale-up that is changing the digital media landscape. Since 2019, we have been helping brands and agencies run campaigns that actually get noticed (we act with attention!).

We are growing fast (well, really fast), and now we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team in Copenhagen, Denmark - An ambitious and curious person who is ready to make a difference in the AdTech industry. Is that you?

At Adnami we build distributed systems that process hundreds of billions of advertiser events, power campaign delivery across the web, and provide measurement and analytics for advertisers and publishers.

Our platform combines high-volume event processing, automation, and product systems that allow advertisers to run and optimize campaigns through a self-service platform.

Because we are a small engineering team, engineers at Adnami take ownership beyond individual tasks. This means understanding the systems we build, the problems we solve for customers, and how different parts of the platform interact. We value engineers who are curious about the product and the system as a whole and who are comfortable taking initiative when improving code, tooling, or workflows.

The role  As a Software Engineer at Adnami you will help build and evolve the platform behind our advertising technology.

Our systems process high-volume event streams, power campaign delivery, support measurement and analytics, and provide tools used directly by advertisers and internal teams.

You will work across the platform together with the engineering team and report to the Head of Product Engineering.

Engineers at Adnami participate in shaping solutions and understanding the problems we solve for our customers, not just implementing predefined tasks.

Some recent work includes improving our event processing pipelines, evolving our campaign optimization agents, and building automation that simplifies how campaigns are configured and measured.

What you will work on  Depending on your strengths and interests, your work may include:

  • Developing our self-service platform
  • Building and improving platform systems that process high-volume event streams
  • Developing systems for campaign measurement and reporting
  • Designing automation, internal tooling, and developer workflows
  • Improving CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
  • Developing client-side measurement scripts and integrations
  • Strengthening automated testing and system reliability

Engineers at Adnami typically work across multiple parts of the platform rather than being restricted to a single layer of the stack.

How we work  We believe engineering should be closely connected to product thinking.  Our engineers participate in shaping solutions and understanding the problems our customers face. We work in Shape Up cycles, where teams define and deliver meaningful improvements to the product over focused development cycles.

We value engineers who are curious about how the system works end-to-end and who enjoy improving not just code, but also tooling, automation, and development processes.

Our tech stack  Our current stack includes:

  • .NET (modern .NET platform) / C#
  • Azure cloud services
  • Snowflake
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Svelte
  • Git
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Automated testing

Experience with these technologies is helpful, but we primarily value strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly.

The engineering team primarily works from the Copenhagen office, with one regular work-from-home day per week.

What we are looking for  We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience building production software systems
  • Is comfortable working across backend and frontend
  • Cares about clean, maintainable and reliable software
  • Takes initiative and enjoys improving systems and processes
  • Is curious about how software solves real customer problems
  • Works well in a small, collaborative engineering team

You likely have a few years of professional experience building software, but we care more about how you think and build systems than about specific credentials.

Why join Adnami  You will join a small engineering team with significant ownership of the platform and the product.

The problems we work on, involve distributed systems, high-volume event processing, automation, and building product platforms used across the digital advertising ecosystem.  Engineers here have real influence on the product, the architecture, and how we build software.
