Junior Partnership Manager

Hi! We are Adnami — a Danish AdTech scale-up that is changing the digital media landscape. Since 2019, we have been helping brands and agencies run campaigns that actually get noticed (we act with attention!).

We are growing fast (well, really fast), and now we are looking for a Junior Partnership Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. An ambitious and curious person who is ready to make a difference in the media industry. Is that you?

What you'll do (a.k.a. your superpowers)

• Grow and manage key accounts and leads across FI market and help make our collaboration with publisher partners and direct advertisers more scalable
• Keep customers happy, supported and ready for more
• Work closely with our product, operations and marketing teams to create magic behind the scenes
• Become our in-house expert in high-impact advertising and programmatic

Who you are

• Have 1-2 years of experience in digital sales/media
• A true team player – hands-on, proactive and passionate about technology and media
• A natural networker (you're good with people and love a good coffee meeting)
• Curious, solution-oriented and not afraid to try new thing
• Fluent in both Finnish and English
• Confident in juggling clients, projects and ideas (you're cool under pressure)
• You've probably worked in media, sales or digital before — but the most important thing is your energy and drive

Extra plus if you:

• Already familiar with the programmatic landscape
• Have a media network in Finland that you can activate
